In other exciting news—JP, our chef, will be teaching cooking classes on the last Saturday of every month starting March 27th from 11:30 – 1:30.  The first class theme will be dessert.  All classes will have a wine pairing and tasting component.  Reservations required.  $40.00 per person.  Call 802-281-7009 for details.
